Arizona Foster Care Initiatives Foster Care Initiatives exists to see Arizona's vulnerable children and youth in flourishing families. Why are children ending up in foster care?

Foster Care Initiatives wants to understand the why behind our child welfare needs. Why are parental rights being severed? Why are children languishing in the system without a foster family or the hope of adoption? Our team seeks to understand the answers to these “why” questions and provide fundamental solutions. Our vision is for the community to wrap around families in crisis to support the hea

ling and wholeness of parents, so that vulnerable children and youth can thrive in the context of a family. We are committed to promoting the health and well being of biological, foster, and adoptive families through education, innovative supports, and community engagement.
