Ian Bick came out to our Peoria facility to speak with our members, then quietly covered the part nobody posts about: basic needs, the everyday things that make the first weeks of life after prison possible.

🎥 Behind the Scenes at SWS! One of our newest team members joined the New Freedom family just four days after leaving prison. Only one month later, representing us at the SWS Conference. What an incredible milestone! 🙌✨

We also brought some special friends to help raise support for members returning home:

🧸 First Day Bob: A $100 donation provides essentials like clothing for a New Freedom member after they are released from prison.

🦆 Mini Ducks: A $25 donation helps cover the cost of a member's first State ID, a critical step toward housing and employment.

Your kindness, support, and recognition mean so much. We are truly grateful for all you do to celebrate and uplift the incredible volunteers who give their time and hearts to make a difference.

Last night, the spotlight was not on a stage or a stadium, it was on transformation.
New Freedom went inside the prison to witness entrepreneurial pitches from men who are putting in the work to change their futures. These were not just business ideas; they were bold visions built with grit, creativity, and determination.
A huge thank you to the men who invested their time and courage into creating and delivering their pitches, and to the incredible Arizona Department of Corrections staff who stayed late or even traveled to another facility to support this inspiring event. And a very special thank you to the The GEO Group, Inc. staff who have been supporting this creative group at their facility every Friday night for almost two years.
The real lights shining last night were hope, determination, and possibility.

What an amazing blessing last night! New Freedom Project hosted the Prayz FM radio talk show at New Freedom. A special thanks to the talk show host, Dr David Jones former NBA player with Seattle Supersonics. Special guest speakers are Adam Clark the actor, Debbie Sledge from Sister Sledge (we are family), and JD Hill from the Buffalo Bills.
