Today Something So Worth It got to teach 50 second graders how to love and accept each other for our differences. Through sock puppets that all looked unique, and stories that highlighted struggles kids often overcome, we learned to be yourself and ask others about their special attributes. The SSWI mission of inclusion means opening the discussion from a young age that the world would not be as beautiful if we are all same. We hope these children practice this message as they grow into our next generation of accepting and empathetic young adults.
