Our AmeriCorps and West Valley teams came together in Phoenix on November 14th to support individuals moving forward on their reentry journey.
Grateful for everyone who showed up, worked hard, and brought so much warmth and compassion to the day. This is what community looks like. 💙🌵

Hey everyone! Our team at West Valley Health Equity is in a tough spot. Our mini van, which we use to transport supplies and support community outreach, has broken down. This van helps us serve families who rely on us for care, and right now we’re unable to make our usual rounds. If anyone knows a trustworthy mechanic, can offer repair help, or is willing to donate towards fixing the van, we’d be so grateful. Every little bit truly makes a difference.
