So more exciting news. Last night I attended the Desert Overture monthly board meeting. The board voted and passed a vote to be a sponsor! Abbey of the Wayward Spirit is now proudly sponsored by Desert Overture Wind Symphony. They will be donating a pair of tickets each month to their upcoming concerts as one of our BINGO prizes! More details will be shared at our monthly bingo.

Busy project day. Hand loom knitting this chunky knit throw blanket. The full size throw is the work in progress. It will look like the smaller baby blanket size I made a week ago. This is being donated to one of our local organizations that has a yearly fundraiser to use as an auction or raffle item. Abbey of the Wayward Spirit will post progress pics as this gets completed. And we will let you all know more information on the other organization and their event once they formally post and promote their event.
