We are so exciting to be part of this very special day of unity! TOYS NEEDED TONIGHT (Thursday 12/22)

The Phoenix Philanthropists are currently on the patio of Starbucks on the NW corner of 7th Avenue & Camelback, til 7 p.m. tonight (Thursday 12/22) hoping for lots of toys for the sweet little children in the homeless shelter on Christmas. A wonderful toy can make such a difference for a child facing unimaginable challenges of homelessness & poverty.

Tonight is our final toy drive, and we still need lots of toys, for all ages, but especially for older kids, such as: Basketballs; Footballs; Soccer Balls; Remote Control Cars/Toys; Activity/Craft Kits; Make-up/Jewelry for teens; Action & Superhero Figures; Pokemon Cards; Star Wars toys; and anything a sweet little child, newborn to 17, can use to escape into the magic and wonder of childhood.

TOY DRIVE TONIGHT (Thursday 12/22) for Homeless Children
The Phoenix Philanthropists will be on the patio (rain or shine) of the Starbucks on the NW corner of 7th Avenue & Camelback tonight (Thursday 12/22) from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. collecting new, unwrapped toys for the sweet children in the homeless shelter this Christmas. A wonderful Christmas toy can bring great joy and help children escape from the harshness and challenges of homelessness and poverty into the magical and wondrous world of childhood, where they so deserve to be.

If you can donate, we need toys for all ages, newborn to 17, but especially for older children, such as: Craft/Activity Kits; Make-up/Jewelry; Basketballs: Footballs; Soccer Balls; Remote Control Cars/Toys; Action/Superhero/Star Wars Figures

TOY DRIVE NOW til 3 p.m. today (Sunday 12/18)

Help bring the joy and merriment of Christmas to a child in the homeless shelter, with a new, unwrapped toy donation. The Phoenix Philanthropists are currently on the patio of Starbucks on the NE corner of 28th Street & Indian School until 3 p.m. today (Sunday 12/18) merrily accepting your generous toy donations. We need toys for children of all ages, newborn to 17, to help make this Christmas special.

If you can make a new, unwrapped toy donation, we recommend toys with few loose parts (especially on toys for younger children) and under $25, such as: basketballs, soccer balls, footballs; jewelry, art & craft kits for teen/tweens; cars & trucks; superhero & action figures; Barbies; stuffed animals; and anything a child would like.

Thank you so much for the difference you make in the lives of children in need!

For children facing the scary & uncertain challenges of homelessness, a new toy can help bring such great joy and help them escape into the wonders and magic of childhood, where they so dearly deserve to be.

The Phoenix Philanthropists will be on the patio of Starbucks on the NE corner of 28th Street & Indian School, today (Sunday 12/18), from 12 to 3 p.m., collecting new, unwrapped toy donations. Toys for all ages, newborn to 17, are still greatly need to help make Christmas special for the many little ones in the homeless shelter.

Suggestions include toys under $25, with few loose parts (except for craft items for older kids): Balls (such as soccer, football, basketball); Dolls (such Barbie, Disney Princess, Monster High); Jewelry, Art & Craft Kits; Cars & Trucks; Superhero & Action Figures; Stuffed Toys; or anything a little child would enjoy.

Thank you to everyone able to donate, for you incredible generosity, and to all those who make a difference in the life of a child in need in some way.

A toy can help bring the joy and merriment of Christmas to an otherwise difficult place to be.

Until 3 p.m. today, Saturday, November 19th, at any Albertsons or Safeway location, you can make a turkey, other food, or monetary donation to St. Mary's Food Bank to help bring joy and happiness of Thanksgiving dinner to a family in need.
