Join us at the Golden Gate Community Center for our After School Program, running Monday through Thursday from 3 PM to 6 PM, and Friday from 1 PM to 6 PM! 🎉

We also offer a variety of classes for ages 15 and older, starting in January 2025! Whether you're looking to learn something new or enhance your skills, we have something for everyone! 📚✨

And remember, our services extend beyond educati

🩺❤️Every May, Wesley pushes to educate our community about High Blood Pressure (BP); on signs that might indicate you are experiencing High BP, what are common complications of having High BP, and how to manage your days after you've been diagnosed with High BP. On top of having fantastic providers, we are proud to have programs such as RPM and MNT that can help you learn to manage your uncontrolled High BP. Happy Earth Day! At Wesley, we believe that a healthy community starts with a healthy planet. Did you know we have a thriving Community Garden at our Golden Gate campus?🌳🌻 We grow and use produce and herbs from our garden to provide healthy organic, pesticide-free snacks for our after-school kids, our Friday Food demos, and any pop-up events related to the kitchen ! Wesley Community & Health Centers, in partnership with AAWL, is offering **FREE vaccines for your pets** on **April 13th, 4:00–8:00pm** at Isaac Middle School (3402 W. McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85009).

Available Vaccines:
🐶 Dogs: Rabies, Parvovirus/Distemper (DAPP)
🐱 Cats: Rabies, FVRCP

**Details:**
✔️ Appointments highly encouraged, walk-ins accepted
