This will be a space to relax and be replenished with various classes, herbs, elixirs and sounds. Her
e we will have sound healing and many other healing modalities. We envision floor couches, bodywork tables provided by SWIHA students to fulfill their internship hours, a teahouse in the corner, and an oxygen bar. Movement Playground (Downtown on Central)
This space will be used to ground and release daily stress through moving meditation and inward expression. Music selection in this room will mainly be provided by DJs. Different Movement classes will be facilitated to allow full integration into the experience. Drum Circles
Will happen sporadically throughout the night on the outside / inside patio off central. Vendors
Only artists who create handmade goods and are based locally will be chosen to offer: Jewelry, Crystals, Essential Oils, Herbs. Art, Sculptures, Clothing, Flow Toys, and Face Painting. These vendors will be set up in the raised VIP area and directly behind the adjacent wall in the street facing room/patio. Cafe
Items to keep stocked in the cafe during this event include different kinds of Kombucha, Cocoa, Kava, Tea, Natural Drinks (Lemonade, etc) and Smoothies. Also anything else considered to be Vegetarian, Vegan or Raw Gourmet. We are currently reaching out to other food vendors who can offer packaged food / drink options through the Cafe. Alcohol:
Intoxication would be counterintuitive to authentic experience we want to create. Depending how this goes we may eventually for larger events, keep one room to wristbands and allow the sale of alcohol to draw in a wider audience needing transformation. Throughout / Outside venue:
There will also be various art installations, For example, live and interactive / co-created art, Flow arts (Poi, Contact Staff, Hoop, Fans, Silks, Slackline, Acrobatics, Stilt Walking), Flow Art workshops, Poetry or Open Mic, Tarot / Oracle / Palm readings, 3D video mapping / Projections
Local DJ’s
We plan on starting organically with local DJ’s and eventually save up to invest in a Headliner. This is subject to change based on sponsorship funding. Dance Performers
Just like the DJ’s we plan on starting organically. There are many dancers in the community that would perform for free, but our goal is to be successful enough to pay everyone their fair share.
