🚨 THEME DROP 🚨

Our 2026 HOBY Arizona theme is Elevate Your Leadership (oh, ah… sassy).

We want our ambassadors to rise above their own expectations and step confidently into who they’re capable of becoming, building self-awareness, resilience, and the courage to lead with integrity.

And what better place to elevate than Flagstaff and Northern Arizona? Surrounded by mountains and higher elevation, we’ll challenge students to lift themselves, and others, to new heights.
