The purpose of Building Dreams is to promote STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) activities to youth. We strive to create a working environment were youth become motivated to become engineers, scientists, doctors, or any profession that requires a higher education. Youth STEM Academy tries to expose kids to various activities like Mindstorm robotic classes, computer camp

s, visitations to career fairs, and involvement in the annual FLL (First Lego League) robotics competition. Different activities and camps are designed with the purpose of enhancing and introducing different skills required in engineering and technology.

Who wants lemonade???
This Saturday Youth STEM Academy will host a lemonade fundraiser to raise money towards their robotics competition. We will be selling lemonade, chips, and other goodies. Come and support this robotics team.
Time: 10AM - 1PM
Place: 13st and Broadway, outside Salvation Army Kroc Center
