Dance for Parkinson’s Disease | Ballet Arizona offers specialized dance classes designed to help individuals and their caregivers manage the physical and emotional effects of Parkinson’s disease. These classes foster strength, confidence, and connection.

This year, we’re expanding our reach with three class locations:
📍 Phoenix (Ballet Arizona Studios)
• Wednesdays | 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM (resumes in October)
• Fridays | 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM

📍 Mesa (Center for Child and Family Wellness)
• Tuesdays | 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM
• Begins September 9, 2025

💻 Online (via Microsoft Teams)
• Thursdays | 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Begins September 11, 2025
