The last few weeks, weโ€™ve had some structured conversations around the economic state of Black men and boys, financial literacy, cryptocurrency, and the changing economy.

Tonight, weโ€™re opening the floor. Father to Father. A space to talk about the wins, the challenges, and the realities of fatherhood, manhood, and the journey in between.

No presentation. No set agenda. Just brothers building with brothers.

๐ŸŽฅ She wasn't "acting out." She was trying to survive.

Every day, Amina walked into a school where she felt like she didn't belong.

The whispers.

The stares.

The pressure to fit in.

Little by little, she stopped believing in herself.

This short film tells a story inspired by experiences many families face todayโ€”and why we created Sankofa 4 Success.

Because sometimes our children don't just need protection...

They need cultural armor.

If your child is struggling with confidence, identity, peer pressure, or simply trying to find where they belong, I invite you to watch Amina's Story.

Our 8-week Sankofa 4 Success Saturday School begins August 15.

๐ŸŽฌ Watch the film and enroll today:

Peace and blessings, family.

We are beginning a new educational series, completely free to the community. Twelve weeks of breathwork and self defense at the ARC. And before any of it begins, the door opens once for everyone.

The Reset Preview is a single free session showing both halves of what we train. Breathwork to settle the body. Self defense to protect it. No experience is asked of you. Come as you are, and come ready to participate.

One evening. Both disciplines.

Thursday, August 20
6:30 to 8:00 PM
The ARC (Archwood Resource Collaborative)
1145 E Washington St, Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ 85034
Free, all welcome, registration required
Presented by Asรฉ Flow x OBFC

What The Reset is

Beginning Thursday, September 3, The Reset Sessions run twelve weeks at the ARC. Every Thursday evening. One week is breathwork, learning to work your nervous system on purpose instead of being worked by it. The next week is self defense, Combat Gungfu applied. Then back again.

This is a curriculum. Each week builds on the one before it, and those who move through all twelve receive a certificate of completion.

Twelve spots in the first cohort.

Free at the door because donors fund the seats. That is on purpose.

Breathe. Move. Transform.
