WHY JAZMINE'S JOURNEY EXISTS

Jazmine's Journey began because one little girl changed our lives forever.

Jazmine was diagnosed with infant leukemia at only six months old. For ten months, our world became hospital rooms, chemotherapy, procedures, blood and platelet transfusions, long nights, terrifying moments and precious memories we would give anything to have more of.

Jazmine passed away at only 16 months old.

But her journey didn't end there.

Today, her name helps other families facing pediatric cancer.

Her story raises awareness.

Her memory brings people together.

And the life she didn't get enough time to live continues inspiring us to fight for children who deserve more tomorrows.

Everything we do at Jazmine's Journey comes back to one little girl.

Her life was short. Her impact doesn't have to be. 🧡🦋

Calling ALL ARIZONA Pediatric Cancer Kiddos!

Have you signed up for our Birthday Club? Did you know that is not only for children currently in treatment, but it is also for children who was in remission.

Requirements
-Reside in Arizona
-Under the age of 21
-Diagnosed with ANY pediatric cancer

The month of your birthday, Jazmine's Journey will send you a birthday present up to your 21st birthday.

Please fill out this form. You only have to fill out this form once. We will email you to confirm your address and likes before we send out a present. We ask that you please respond to confirm your address in order for use to send a present. We want to ensure it is going to the correct address.

We want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to every single person who purchased an item from the Amazon Wish List for the Arizona pediatric cancer family we are currently supporting.

Because of YOU, we have already been able to make our first delivery to the family! We are still waiting for a few more items to arrive, and once everything is here, we will be scheduling one more drop-off to deliver the remaining donations.

Seeing everything that our community came together to provide has been absolutely incredible.

We truly could not have done this without the amazing people who continue to believe in Jazmine’s Journey, support our mission, share our posts, purchase needed items, and step up when a pediatric cancer family needs help.
