NAHJ National Association of Hispanic Journalists
Ump's Care a non-profit charity that is led by MLB umpires

Hello Facebook friends, as you probably know I have been running the Pedro Gomez Foundation for the last 3 and 1/2 years and I am planning my last active fundraiser this fall on November 15, 2024 with a gala at the Duce in downtown Phoenix and a golf fundraiser the following day at Legacy Golf Course in Phoenix.
We have done a lot in a little time including 2 endowed academic scholarships at ASU and the University of AZ, a paid internship at the AZ Republic newspaper and sponsored the MLB umpires chapter for youth umpiring training in Phoenix. All this has been possible with your generous donation.
