Arizona's growth continues. Queen Creek led the state with 8% population growth in 2025, and six of Arizona's top 10 fastest-growing cities were in Maricopa or Pinal Counties.

The demand for housing isn't slowing down.

Only a handful of Valley cities saw an increased rate of population growth between 2024 and 2025, the latest data shows.
