🌟 Spreading Love and Gratitude 🌟

This year, Bridge Builders Alliance Group is hosting our 4th annual Celebrating Aging Hearts initiative at Olive Grove senior and memory care facility! 💕

It's one of our favorite community initiatives, where we spend Valentine's Day with the residents, showering them with love, treats, and sentimental cards. 😍

We believe our elderly and disabled community members deserve to feel valued, honored, and respected, and this is our way of showing it. 💖

You can join us in spreading joy! Drop off Valentine's Day cards, candies, or gift bags at Thrift Stories Boutique (925 E. Indian School Rd.) or donate online through our website (tinamariethebridgebuilder.com> Donate > Celebrating Aging Hearts). Or volunteer to join us on that day.

🌟 5 Years of Unwavering Purpose! 🌟

Today, we celebrate a monumental milestone - 5 incredible years of Bridge Builders Alliance Group! 🙌🏾

As we mark this momentous occasion, we're filled with ecstatic joy and pride for the journey we've embarked upon. Running a women's organization is no easy feat, but our patience, resiliency, and persistence have made it possible. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

We've built more than a sisterhood; we've built a business rooted in our unwavering mission and purpose. While faces and structures may change, our commitment to empowering women remains steadfast 💯💯💯💯💯

We're true to our cause, and our impact is seen throughout the valley, across Phoenix, Arizona; and beyond in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Cape Town, South Africa; North Carolina; and Cincinnati. 💅🏾

We've launched startup businesses for Black women beyond the age of 50, crafted specialty logos to set them apart, and our sisterhood has been the first customers and supporters of these ventures.

We've given platforms to women with a desire to be motivational speakers, inspirational leaders, and change-makers, solidifying their brands and voices in the community.

We're also proud of what we've achieved with our members and for the community:

- Distributed self-care boxes annually to grandmothers raising grandchildren
- Spent Valentine's Day with the aging and disabled, spreading love and connection
- Marched for Black women's mental health, amplifying crucial conversations
- Provided a space for women of color to receive annual mammograms, prioritizing health and wellness
- Distributed HomeGoods to those in need, embodying our commitment to community care

Our organization has a lot to celebrate and to be proud of! 🙏🏽 We're excited for those who continue to rally with us, and we're thrilled to celebrate with our supporters, allies and friends on January 25, as we party to doing the near-impossible - making it another year. 😩🥹🫶🏾💛❤️💛❤️💛❤️💛❤️

To those curious about our health and future, know this: Bridge Builders Alliance Group is here to stay. We're fighters, we're resilient, and we're sowing seeds into the kingdom. We will be a 100-year organization, impacting generations to come long after we are gone.

I'm happy to share that I've had the opportunity to share my entrepreneurial journey with Canvas Rebel! ☺️

It's always a pleasure to inspire and motivate others with my story, and I'm grateful for the chance to pay it forward. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

As a visionary, I'm passionate about bringing ideas to life and empowering others to do the same. The journey isn't always easy, but it's always worth it.

As Proverbs 19:21 says, "Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails." I'm living proof that with faith, perseverance, and hard work, you can turn your ideas into reality.

I want to give a special shoutout to small publications like Canvas Rebel that are dedicated to telling the stories of entrepreneurs who are pushing the envelope and making a difference. While it's great to be featured in major media outlets, there's something special about being recognized by publications that truly understand the entrepreneurial journey. They get it – they know what it takes to turn an idea into a reality, and they're passionate about sharing those stories with the world.

🗣️🗣️🗣️5 Years of Rolling Up Our Sleeves and Changing Lives🙌🏾💪🏾💪🏾

As we approach our 5-year anniversary on January 16, 2026, I'm filled with gratitude, pride, and excitement for the incredible journey of Bridge Builders Alliance Group. 🥰

What started as a humble initiative in my living room has grown into a mighty force, empowering marginalized women and women who are aging, in our community.

Over the past 5 years, we've created a safe haven where women can feel seen, valued, heard, and loved. We've supported, celebrated, and uplifted women in business, seniors, and women of color, leaving an indelible mark on our community.

Our signature events have been beacons of hope and transformation:

Girls Day Party: A vibrant celebration of Black women in business, igniting passion and purpose

Motivational Speakers Forum and Luncheon: A day of healing, inspiration, and connection for women

Sisterhood and Mammograms: A vital initiative supporting women of color over 40 with mammogram screenings, because health is wealth

Mental Health Walk at Perryville: A courageous step towards breaking stigmas and promoting wellness for women incarcerated

March for Black Women's Mental Health: A powerful voice for the voiceless, advocating for mental health support

Celebrating Aging Hearts: A heartwarming celebration of love and kindness, spreading joy to the disabled and elderly on Valentine's Day

Prison Ministry: Connecting with and uplifting over 3000 inmates at Perryville Prison, offering hope and support to those in need

Essential Care Packages: Distributing home essentials monthly to families and individuals in need, because everyone deserves a safe and dignified living space

We've forged remarkable partnerships with incredible organizations like, Duet: Partners In Health & Aging, Oak Street Health, Arizona Mission Of Mercy, BMO U.S. FreshStart Women's Foundation, Simon Med Imaging, Flagstar Bank, Perryville State Prison and more. Our innovative programs and dedication to marginalized women have earned us respect, admiration, and appreciation from these industry leaders.

But it's not just about the big events and partnerships – it's about the community we've built, the relationships we've formed, and the lives we've touched. 😌🫶🏽

As a member of Bridge Builders Alliance Group, women have access to a network of like-minded individuals who support and uplift each other, both personally and professionally. We've opened doors for our members to connect with larger businesses, exposing their talents and services to new audiences. We've celebrated each other's wins, supported each other through life's challenges, and stood in the gaps for each other in times of need. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🙌🏾💕

We've attended funerals, offered financial support, and provided a listening ear – because we understand that business and personal growth are intertwined. We've created a sisterhood that transcends industries, backgrounds, and experiences.

We may be small, but our impact is mighty. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
We've achieved this without massive funding or backing, relying on our passion, perseverance, and community support. We've rolled up our sleeves, gotten our hands dirty, and poured our hearts into this work. ☺️

And it's made all the difference. 🙌🏾

I'm proud to be the founder and president of an organization that's true to its mission, values, and principles. We're not just a group; we're a movement, driven by love, compassion, and a commitment to empowering women.
