well. i’ve done a lot
of different things in my life
never did i ever have podcaster
in mind…i mean i love to talk because
i am alone so much…but i also know
the people that i have encountered
in my life have a lot to say….and the
support i feel from every single guest
i will invite to chat with me is palpable

from someone that has spent a lifetime
looking for support love understanding
i found it after receiving a life altering
diagnosis…and you know what. i feel
that this was the greatest gift i have
ever received as it showed me who
my people were….no. who they are🥰

and if this bully disease i have
lived with for almost ten years now
didn’t happen…i can promise you i
would not be in the place i am in 🧡

with the orbs
my dear friends
the producers
the instigators
make me feel
just like i’m
with my brothers
talking to me…
then a squirrel.
or an orb or ten✨
then i am completely
out of the conversation 🤣

a sculptor. an artist. a sailor. a grandpa
a buddhist. an explorer. an inventor.
a black belt. a musician. a writer.
a seeker. rode a harley. and aside from
being my dad. he was a warrior boss.

when you lose the most supportive
humans you know (his mom. my nana
died ten months prior to him. crazy😝)
right before you get handed a big old
chronic piece of s**t. you flounder. you
search. and you hope that support will
come in other forms. it hasn’t. i have
been dealing with this all by myself for
almost ten years. hey g-d. you took the
wrong ones. there’s a couple here you
should’ve grabbed instead. not sorry.

i hope you are resting in paradise dada
i miss you i love you thank you for the
life lessons. i certainly needed that🙌🏽

Meet legendary ambassador: Julie 💛🏃‍♀️

Julie has been running for years, but after being diagnosed with RRMS in 2016, it took on a whole new meaning. She started racing to help erase MS, using running as a way to stay strong—both physically and mentally 💪

This year marks her 5th year as an ambassador for The May 50K 🎉 For Julie, it’s about being part of something bigger than herself 🌍

Over the years, Julie has found creative ways to fundraise—sharing her story, posting moments that make people stop and pay attention, and even leading charity yoga events throughout the year, with all proceeds going toward MS research.

Her advice to others: listen to your body, ask for what you need, and focus on what you can do ✨ We all have different limits and abilities—it’s about honouring your own.
