Magazine Profile: Dr. Srishti Umesh Mantri

Dr. Srishti Umesh Mantri is a multidisciplinary healthcare and global management professional whose career bridges clinical care, healthcare operations, finance, and organizational strategy. Originally from Jalna, Maharashtra, India, she grew up in a family that built and managed a 50-bed hospital, inspiring her early interest in both patient care and the systems that make healthcare possible.

Trained in physiotherapy at Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital in Mumbai, she later served at Maharogi Sewa Samiti, Anandwan, where she contributed to rehabilitation services, modernized a physiotherapy department, and helped establish a Pediatric Early Intervention Center. These experiences strengthened her belief that sustainable healthcare impact depends not only on clinical expertise but also on effective systems and leadership.

She is pursuing a Master of Global Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management and works in finance and accounting at Arizona State University, supporting financial operations, grant reconciliation, compliance, and institutional processes. Her precision and problem-solving have earned her multiple SUN Awards.

Her experience also extends to health technology, strategic operations, and animal welfare advocacy. Across these diverse roles, Dr. Mantri remains guided by compassion, curiosity, precision, and purpose.

Becoming a W.I.F.E.

Becoming a W.I.F.E. is a journey of transformation—a decision to live as a woman of Influence, Faith, and Excellence. It begins with recognizing that your value is rooted not in titles, achievements, or the approval of others, but in your identity, purpose, and the God who created you.

A W.I.F.E. is a woman whose influence is shaped by character, whose faith remains steadfast through every season, and whose excellence is reflected in the way she thinks, serves, leads, and lives. She refuses to let her past, pain, or limitations define her future. Instead, she embraces growth, walks in purpose, and rises with courage and confidence.

The journey is not always easy. There will be moments that test your faith, challenge your confidence, and refine your character. Yet every challenge has the potential to shape you into the woman God created you to become.

You were never created to merely exist. You were created to influence. You were created to lead. You were created to build. You were created to rise. The world needs women who are grounded in faith, committed to excellence, and courageous enough to walk boldly in their purpose. This is the invitation to become a W.I.F.E.

Magazine Feature: Ambassador Dr. Iris Zemza Nozizwe Mhlanga

Ambassador Dr. Iris Zemza Nozizwe Mhlanga is a Zimbabwean humanitarian diplomat, global peace advocate, author, and visionary leader widely known as “Nozizwe” (Mother of Nations). She is recognized for her dedication to humanitarian service, women’s empowerment, peacebuilding, and sustainable development.

In 2018, she founded the Nozizwe Mother of Nations Trust, which focuses on improving the lives of vulnerable communities through initiatives in food security, education, maternal health, disability support, youth and women empowerment, and poverty alleviation.

Between 2019 and 2025, she strengthened her leadership and diplomatic expertise through international training in leadership, peacebuilding, humanitarian work, and global development. Her work has earned her several international ambassadorial appointments, including roles as a Woman Changing the World Ambassador, World Citizen Peace Ambassador, G100 Country Chair for Zimbabwe (SDG & Diplomacy Wing), and Regional Director within global diplomatic networks.

Her outstanding contributions have been recognized through more than 100 international awards, including the Global Influencer Award, Global Shero Award, and a nomination for the International Mother Teresa Award. She also received an Honorary Doctorate in Social Work.

As an author and thought leader, Dr. Mhlanga advocates for servant leadership, resilience, diplomacy, and community transformation. Her long-term vision is to establish sustainable schools, healthcare outreach centers, halfway homes, and empowerment programs across Africa and beyond.
