We are loving these action shots from the "State of the Homebuilding Market in Arizona" panel at LIFT AZ 2024.

The panel, moderated by Jordan Rose of Rose Law Group, featured Arizona-based homebuilding experts Jeff Gunderson, Lennar, Frenchy Iles Cremieux, Richmond American Homes, and Nate Nathan, Nathan & Associates.

We were honored to have such engaging and knowledgeable speakers at this year's event.

Dale Gibbons, Chief Financial Officer of Western Alliance Bank, joined us at LIFT AZ earlier this month to discuss "Lessons from a Bank Run."

The conversation, moderated by Cole Smead, Portfolio Manager at Smead Capital Management, highlighted Gibbons' 20 year tenure with the bank and its success navigating recent market challenges.
