Every 73 seconds, someone in America is sexually
assaulted. Now is the time for advocates, survivors, loved ones, and the community to come together to talk openly, increase knowledge and awareness, and identify strategies and resources to prevent sexual violence.
We wear teal, signaling that we support sexual assault victims and survivors.

Myrtle Tyler, Gladys Warrington, Joanna Houston, Josephine F. Johnson, and L.O. Goldia Smith are the visionary Pearls who sealed our legacy in ink and in history, formally establishing Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated on March 30, 1923, in Washington, D.C.

What they secured on paper, they secured for generations. A sisterhood rooted in Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood. A movement built to endure.

More than a century later, our mission still burns bright. Through The Power of S.H.E., we advance social, health, and economic justice with bold leadership, global impact, and community-first action.

Our participation supports maternal and infant health and shows appreciation for our National Service Partner, March of Dimes, whose collaboration will help sustain our Stork’s Nest program and the families we serve.

Yesterday, we wore orange to bring awareness to the severity of teen dating violence. 1 in 3 adolescents in the US become victims of physical,sexual, emotional, or verbal abuse from a dating partner. 43% of college women report experiencing violent and abusive dating behaviors.

trafficked worldwide. It can happen in any community, and victims can be of any age, race, gender, or nationality. We wear blue in support of human trafficking
awareness and to bring awareness to the severity of Human Trafficking.
