Our incredible volunteers gathered together for Teen Reach Adventure Camp Training as we prepare to serve foster teens at our annual summer camp.

For 21 years, we’ve believed that relationships matter — and that every young person deserves to feel seen, valued, encouraged, and loved.

These volunteers are giving their time, hearts, and energy to walk alongside teens who have experienced trauma, instability, and hardship. Through mentoring, camps, life skills, and consistent support, they are helping foster youth discover hope and a future.

We are so grateful for every person who showed up ready to serve. The impact of a caring adult can truly change the trajectory of a young person’s life.

Recently, Hope & A Future received a heartfelt letter from Sam, one of our foster youth who just graduated from high school. In his letter, Sam shared how Hope & A Future helped change the trajectory of his life and thanked those who stood beside him, believed in him, encouraged him, and helped him realize his potential.

One line especially stood out:

“I still remember stepping off the bus for the first time and immediately feeling loved and welcomed…”

That is what Hope & A Future is all about.

For many students, graduating high school is expected. For youth in foster care, it often means overcoming tremendous obstacles, instability, and challenges along the way.

That is why we are so proud of Sam, and the 30 foster youth we celebrated at our May Life360 graduation event at . Each graduate received a $700 graduation gift to honor their achievement and help them take the next step toward their future. 👏

Sam’s story is a powerful reminder that when young people are surrounded by encouragement, opportunity, reliable relationships, and a community that believes in them, amazing things can happen.

Congratulations to Sam and the entire Class of 2026! We are incredibly proud of you and honored to be part of your journey. 🎓❤️
