A heartfelt thank you to our incredible community leaders, especially Emma Rosales, our North District Diabetes Chair, to all our supporters, and Lions Club members who walked with us, volunteered, and advocated for health and hope. Your dedication to service, empowerment, and compassion is what makes our work possible.
