Friends of Ukraine!
We are raising funds for a non-profit organization located in Balakliya, Ukraine.
The town as well as many other towns and villages in Kharkiv region have been occupied by the enemy since the start of the war. These towns have been severely attacked, buildings and infrastructure damaged, left with scarce basic necessities like electricity, water, food, almost no phone and internet connections. Most of them were on a brink of a complete breakdown.
Thankfully, in the beginning of September Balakliya, Izyum, Kupyansk as well as other towns and villages in Kharkiv region have been liberated by the Ukrainian Army!
Now that the area is liberated, volunteers were able to get in and deliver humanitarian aid.
However, there is a lot of work that needs to be done in Balakliya, Izyum, and other liberated towns and villages.
The level of destruction is unimaginable.
A brave group of volunteers from Balakliya have been providing humanitarian assistance to local people since the start of the war (to the villages that were not occupied). Now the scope of their activities broadened significantly.
They started a non-profit organization “057 Треба Дiяти» (“057 Need to Act”) to be able to provide assistance to not only civilians but Ukrainian army.
Their main activities right now:
Help in provisioning necessary gear and equipment for the Ukrainian Army stationed in Kharkiv region
Organizing medical help for local civilians and military training civilians in basic medical emergency help.
Evacuation of civilians whose houses were destroyed
Help in reconstructing damaged buildings before the winter season
This organization only relies on outside funds to keep their activities going.
All the donations will go through a US based non-profit organization “Arizona Legislative Chaplaincy”.
Your donation is tax-deductible.
You will receive a letter stating your donation amount.
100% of proceeds will go to “057 Need to Act.”
This whole operation is supported by 100% volunteers.

The immediate needs of the area where the money will go to are the following:
160 windows in the hospital in Kupyansk
118 windows in two 9-story buildings in Balakliya
5 tablets for a special department
Power plants (small generators)
