❤️ Real Talk. Real Life. Real Solutions.

Our latest Lunch & Learn was all about creating space for our young parents to be heard, supported, and reminded that they are not alone. We talked about real-life challenges, celebrated wins, shared solutions, and discussed how 7th Dream Helping Hearts can continue showing up for our families. ❤️

We also gave our clients the FIRST LOOK 👀💻 at our brand-new website! It was important that they saw it first because they are the heart of everything we do.

A HUGE thank you to Tracy Townsend with Verifiedvalleysolutionsllc for not only volunteering with us, but also stepping up as a sponsor. Your support helps us continue creating meaningful spaces like this for our families. 🫶🏾
Achieve we are forever grateful for your continued partnership! 🥰

This is what the village looks like. ❤️

Tonight, we have a little extra time, so we’re making deliveries to families in our mentorship program who are unable to pick up. ❤️

At 7th Dream Helping Hearts, mentorship is about more than setting goals, it’s also about helping eliminate the barriers that can make reaching those goals harder.

Right now, one of the biggest barriers many of our families are facing is simply putting food on the table.

Through our partnership with Midwest Food Bank AZ , we receive food donations every other week. After each pickup, we create a video showing our families what is available and send it directly to our clients. Families can let us know what they need and either arrange to pick it up or, when transportation is a barrier, request a delivery.

Because sometimes support looks like mentoring someone through their next goal…and sometimes it looks like showing up at their door with groceries. 💛

We are incredibly grateful for our partnership with Midwest Food Bank and for every opportunity we have to make life a little easier for the young families we serve.

Want to help us keep families fed? There are several ways to get involved:
❤️ Volunteer to help deliver food to families
❤️ Help with our biweekly Midwest Food Bank pickups
❤️ Donate nonperishable food items
❤️ Donate grocery store gift cards
❤️ Make a financial contribution to help us fill the gaps when donated food isn’t enough

Every helping heart makes a difference. When we help remove today’s barriers, our families have more room to keep working toward tomorrow’s goals. ❤️

Today was our food pickup day with Midwest Food Bank AZ ❤️🥫

Now, there was a sign CLEAR AS DAY that said, “NO OPEN-TOE SHOES.” 😂 And somehow… I don’t remember ever seeing that sign before. Of course, today I showed up in open-toe shoes! 🤦🏾‍♀️

But this is what partnership and community look like.

Instead of simply turning our organization away and denying our pickup, the amazing volunteers yelled down the line to tell me what food was available so I could let them know what our families needed. They made sure we were still able to receive food and continue serving our community.

That small act meant so much to us because the food we pick up doesn’t just fill shelves, it goes directly into the hands and homes of families who need it.

We are incredibly grateful for our partnership with Midwest Food Bank and especially grateful for the volunteers who give their time, energy, and hearts to make sure food reaches communities like ours. ❤️

Thank you for helping us continue to eliminate barriers and make sure our young families have food on their tables.

And yes… next pickup, CLOSED-TOE SHOES! 😂👟
