Free Bikes 4 Kidz around the country helps put children on bikes 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️. That inspired me to do it myself! Lead by example, right? ❤️ Riding up South Mountain in Phoenix with my friends and coaches, Richard and Eli! A successful ride all the way to the top with their encouraging words: one pedal at a time, you can do it, you’re doing great! 1,500 feet elevation😅

Free Bikes 4 Kidz mission is to get more kids on bikes, nationwide. As a member of this organization, I decided to train to ride up South Mountain in Phoenix (1,300 ft elevation ). I did it today with my coach Layne exciting.gneiting. He is taking a group of us on a bike tour to Capadoccia, Turkey to discover the hero in us.
