Meet Tucker!
He is 3 years old and he will be staying with his family while we help to place him in a forever home only.
This guy is a mini long coat black/tan. His bday is in Feb. Tucker is really struggling and because of that his family is seeking a forever family who can give him what he needs. They are heartbroken so we stepped in to help. We will only place Tucker into a forever family who has what it takes to handle a dachshund who displays "dachshund furniture guarding" behaviors. He will not be placed in a home that has small children or other dogs. Tucker is a super sweet boy unless he becomes aggressive due to him thinking he is dominant in his family. Please look up dachshund furniture guarding and only DM to apply after you have researched that behavior and after you have found a personal trainer who can help Tucker and can help you learn how to handle dachshund aggression. While Tucker has this behavior he also has a ton of love to give and a whole lot of cuteness. You can DM after you research and learn what is needed to help reverse what Tucker is going through. Note: we have taken in dachshunds who have this behavior and we have worked with trainers to reverse the behavior and in the end they turned out wonderfully and are still with their new forever families living peacefullly.
