As women, we are constantly multitasking and balancing the variety of responsibilities that we have in our lives; including family, school, community, work and personal schedules.

Each task and responsibility is valuable. Making the most of each space and opportunity is giving your full attention - it is the key to success and productivity.

As women in business, we have the opportunity to focus on each task and responsibility, be aware of our goals, and stay engaged. As women and as college students, let’s be fully present.

MEET YOUR DIRECTOR OF CONTENT CREATION, KATIE!

Katie Potter is currently studying Graphic Design and Advertising.

Katie loves that WIB is a positive and encouraging environment that is centered on pursuing aspirations and loving others well while doing it!

She values WIBs model of mentorship and feels that there are so many wise people who want to pour into girls! 
In her free time, you can find Katie hiking, traveling, trying new coffee shops, and spending time outdoors with her friends!

Katie is looking forward to meeting new club members this year!

Ladies!! We had so much fun at Club Kickoff last week with over 200 girls in attendance + are so excited for this next year!! ❤️‍🔥

We loved having an amazing panel of current members who shared their experiences within our club — from events, community, and mentorship, we are here to support YOU this next year!

MENTORS & MENTEES: We’ll see you at Mentorship Kickoff on October 11 at 6 PM at Sunset Auditorium 💌!!

MEET YOUR DIRECTOR OF MENTORSHIP, ASHLYN!

Ashlyn Janzen is currently studying Business Management.

Ashlyn loves that WIB is a place to make great connections! She has met some of her best friends and so many women that love the Lord and are doing phenomenal in their careers!

In her free time, you can find her going on adventures with friends and family, playing Pickleball or board games, or reading a good book!

Ashlyn is so so excited for the Mentorship program and to see the transformation and relationships that come from it!

Sydney Skees is currently studying Business Marketing and Advertising.

Sydney loves that WIB is an uplifting and encouraging place for girls to grow personally and professionally! She has grown so much from this club and has made some of her closest friends along the way!

In her free time, you can find her spending time with friends & family, spending time outside, or traveling!

Sydney’s favorite WIB memory is conference! She loves that it’s a full day of learning and getting advice from so many wise women! Conference is one of her favorite days of the year!

This year, Sydney is so excited to get to know new club members, make memories, and grow professionally!

MEET YOUR DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT, KASSIDY!

Kassidy Gazdziak is currently studying Business Administration.

Kassidy loves that WIB is a place for women seeking professional, spiritual, and academic development. She loves being surrounded by a community of supportive girls who guide and celebrate one another!

In her free time, you can find Kassidy working out, reading, spending time with Jesus and her loved ones, or playing pickle ball!

Kassidy’s favorite WIB memory was “April Showers Bring WIB Flowers”. This event was an afternoon sipping on mock tails, building flower bouquets, and learning from a talented florist about how to start and maintain a business!
