Unlike your circulatory system, the lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump. It relies on muscle contractions, breathing, and movement to help lymph fluid flow throughout the body.

A simple walk can help:

This is exactly why I built LymphRehab the way I did.

A space rooted in self care that gives back. A place where survivors feel seen, cared for, and never alone in what their body is going through.

But I also knew from the beginning that this couldn’t only be for survivors.
We all have a lymphatic system that needs support. So many people are walking around without ever being taught how it works or what it does for them.
I wanted to create a space for anyone who wanted to understand their body better.
And this is what felt right.

These last few years and every single day remind me exactly why I am here and why I keep going. Seeing 20 survivors already this year when all of last year was 19 says everything.

My passion fills my heart and my soul. And knowing that it is also purposeful makes it even more beautiful. 🦋💙

This is why I do what I do. And honestly? Most of us were never taught any of this. Not in school, not by our doctors, not after surgery. Your lymphatic system is literally your body's cleanup crew and nobody told us how to take care of it. Your body is talking to you — we just need to learn how to listen and what to do when it does. 💛

Nine years ago on September 20, 2017 I had surgery to remove my tumor. Four lymph nodes removed. A double mastectomy.
The beginning of a road I never expected to be on.
And this September 20th I get to celebrate with YOU.

That date means everything to me. It’s where the fear lived. It’s also where my strength was born.

And now it’s the day we gather — together — to turn that moment into something bigger than I ever could have imagined when I was lying in that hospital bed.

Flow Into Nine: Brunch with Purpose

is our 2nd Annual Fundraiser

Not just because I’m 9 years cancer free.
But because this day is bigger than my story.

Mountain air. Morning yoga.
Lymphatic education on the deck. 🏔️

I had the honor of being guest facilitator at a retreat in Show Low, AZ this weekend.

I led the group through a morning of lymphatic education and guided self manual lymphatic drainage through yoga

Guiding the way as we opened up the lymphatic system, moved with intention, and rested

letting the breath carry everything through.

Thank you for creating that space and inviting me in. 🤍

Moments like this remind me exactly why I started. 🌿

Just wanted to pop in, give you a little tour, and say hi to some new faces.

These last few months have been full. I’ve been stepping deeper into the things I used to put off and going all in on the things I truly love.

It’s been a shift and honestly it feels really good.
So grateful for every single one of you who has joined or stayed on this journey with me

whether that’s through LymphRehab, life, or both.

The more I lean into this work, the more I see how beautifully it all connects.
The lymphatic system, the scars, the movement, the healing.
It’s not random.
It’s all one conversation.
And I’m just getting started.
