Bendy Spots yes yes I said it

Any chance to get into goddess pose 👑

But my favorite part about it is getting silly with it

Moving the core and shaking it out
Our abdomen and spine don’t get the chance to really twist and bend much through out the day and we need more of that

Plus this goddess is looking for more silliness and movement in my day to day life

I have fallen in love with scars
They way they look when I first see them
The touch of them at first

They came in with a story
Some with pain others anger some even forgotten
Some scared to be touched

I touch it gently
I listen I feel where its stuck where it’s holding

Some have been so comfortable or so angry that they hold on
They resist they wait they fight
Sometimes they just need to feel safe before letting go

Some are just craving to be touched and relax right away

But when they do it’s like they’ve been waiting to exhale and now can finally breathe

It’s so beautiful to see the change and to feel it happen

To see the body let go of that scar

It’s not the scars I love it’s the release that happens

Give me a scar in the belly and I could play for hours
I’ll zone out into my happy place and smile when I feel that release that shift that part is the scar that’s been holding on and now can breath and move again

Opening up the belly and getting the scars to release is all connected with the lymphatic system and how it flows

50 Welcome Kits for breast cancer survivors entering Lymph Rehab’s THRIVER Program! 🦋

Each kit is gifted at a woman’s first lymphatic and scar therapy appointment with us, at no cost to her.

After a cancer diagnosis, many women start looking more closely at what they put in and on their bodies. They want cleaner products, intentional self-care, and ways to support their health, but knowing where to start can feel overwhelming.

That’s where YOU come in!🤍

We want these kits to introduce women to products that support their journey of self-care, health, and discovery while supporting amazing local businesses.

Some of you may remember Stephanie from our Flow Into Lymph panel last month! 🦋

We didn’t get nearly enough time to dive into all the work she does with Pranic Healing, and I’m genuinely curious to learn more!

Each month the team offer free Pranic Healing sessions to the community. This October, they’re doing something extra special! 🤍

Donations are welcome and will benefit Lymph Rehab and the women we support through our THRIVER Program.

I’m actually thinking about attending myself!
I love exploring different approaches to wellness, and I’m excited to learn more about this practice and the work Stephanie is doing.

This was the moment that I got to be fully present and taken what has happened

Being in the back is this room and looking around at all the familiar faces and all the new ones that came

Looking and seeing those that when I asked them to be apart of this they didn’t ask details they just said yes When and what do you need

Hearing from those afterwards oh how inspired they were and how much they needed to be in that room

I was just looking to share my passion and my mission and now I see that this isn’t just what I needed but also what others needed too
