PFRC Mother's Day Tea 2026 - We enjoyed a wonderful Mother's Day Tea with many amazing and dedicated mommies. We'd like to give a special shout-out to The Pink Door Tea House at 7153 N. 59TH AVE in Glendale for providing tea and sweet treats for our celebration. We encourage families to visit the Pink Door Tea House and let Lupe know how you heard about them. Thank you, Lupe, for your generosity! Everyone loved the sweet treats. Our next Raising a Reader class starts soon and there are still a few spaces available. If you have a 4 or 5 year old, not yet in school, this class will help prepare them for kindergarten and give parents an opportunity to learn how to best support early literacy at home. On Feb. 4, 2026, Governor Katie Hobbs announced a new website, knowyourrights.az.gov, to inform Arizonans of their constitutional rights when engaging with federal law enforcement or in peaceful protests. The website, available in English and Spanish, includes information for Arizonans if they are stopped by an ICE agent or an agent comes to their home or workplace, information for Tribal members, and guidance for peaceful protesters and observers.
