hile Trails are a very important part of Ulster County, they are not the end all. A better route to follow would be to use the railroad as a core seed and add the Trails. Have Rail with Trail, from the City of Kingston to Highmount that promotes usage for all people and expedites sustainable businesses on multiple levels. To this end, we have come together to form a group that works towards ensuring that the Ulster & Delaware RAILROAD corridor remains intact for primarily rail operations along with auxiliary uses. We are dedicated in helping to facilitate the revitalization of the rails assist in the economic growth and environmental well being of the communities along the corridor.
