The American Red Cross is looking for some volunteers to assist with free smoke alarm installations in Rancho Navarro this week.
Thursday, 4/23-meet at the Club House @ 10 am to place door hangers on front doors for residents to request a free install
Saturday 4/25 from 10-2, install smoke alarms in residences that have requested the service. Meet at the Club House for short directions and to make up teams.

Power Out in Anderson Valley? The AV Grange Is Here to Help.

As storm season begins, the Anderson Valley Grange is prepared to support our community during power outages. Our Grange Hall has a propane backup generator, allowing residents to recharge phones and essential devices when the power is out.

For those who rely on electricity for medical needs (CPAPs, oxygen concentrators, infusion devices), we also have portable battery packs and a small generator available for loan.

During widespread outages, the Grange will open as a community recharging and support center as needs arise.

Join the Fun, Bring your odd - weird fruit to the Fair.
No need to pre-register, just bring our wild garden thing to the rear of the Agriculture Building Wed. afternoon through Sunday before noon. Judging is at 1:30 Sunday after the parade. Winner is based on audience appreciation, so come cheer on your favorite fruit.
