Phillips County Fair Board Announces Changes to the 2020 Fair Schedule
The Phillips County Fair has changed the schedule for this year’s fair.

We ask the community to wait to view the exhibits until Friday Evening, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Open Class entries are welcome.
Activities removed from this year’s fair schedule:
Bake Sale
Lifeskills, entomology, photography, crops, livestock, and horticulture judging contests
Farm Bureau Watermelon feed & scavenger hunt
Kids Games
Barrel Train
Bingo
And other games
Sanctioned Kids Pedal Pull
Community Pet Parade
Kansas Biggest Rodeo Queen
Greased Pig Contest
The food stand will be serving hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs and then specials each day. Friday evening, we will have “Fair” food consisting of: Smoked Turkey Legs, Foot Long Hot Dogs, French Fries & Loaded French Fries, Brownie Sundaes and Root Beer Floats. All food will be cooked on site, and prepackaged to serve. We are following KDA concession stand regulations and ask that everyone follow the social distancing, and face mask recommendations as set by our Phillips County Commissioners and health officials.
We encourage everyone to wash your hands and the county health officials will have hand sanitizer stations and face masks available for those that would like to use it.
Sunnyside 4-H Club is selling Phillips County Fair T-Shirts again this year. Cost is $10. Bring order forms and payment to the Phillips County Extension Office or Robin Van Laeys before July 6th.
