Attention Cub Scout Pack 54, NJ Families & Scouts! We're launching our Sweet Fundraising campaign, and we need everyone's help to make it a massive success!

Why We Fundraise
The funds we raise go directly toward making this an unforgettable scouting year. Your support helps us cover:

• Outdoor activities & camping trips
• Awards and rank advancement loops
• Annual Pinewood Derby race cars and maintenance for tracks
• Fun Pack meetings, supplies, and community service projects

How You Can Help Your Scout Succeed

1. Share the Sweetness: Share the Sweet Fundraising items with family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. The items are linked below.

2. Set a Goal: Sit down with your child and decide how many items they want to sell. Whether it is 5 items or 50, every single sale brings us closer to our goal!

3. Practice the Scout Pitch:
Help your child practice asking, "Will you support my Cub Scout Pack and buy some delicious treats?"
Sweet Fundraising has options for anyone- from cookie dough, candles, a variety of sweet & savory snacks. It is a wonderful way for them to build confidence and communication skills!

4. Awesome Rewards
Scouting encourages earning rewards for hard work!
10 items sold = a Pack 54 Cub Scout T-shirt
20 items sold = an exclusive Pack 54 long sleeve tee!
Profit sharing: $3 of every item sold is earmarked for your scout to use on scouting expenses. (ex: dues, registration, and summer camp)

Important Dates:
• Order Form Packets will be given at the meeting this Monday October 19th

**Fundraiser Sales Close: November 16th**

• Product Delivery & Pickup: est. December 17th, Just in time for the Holidays!

Let us work together to show our community what Cub Scouts can do! Any questions please feel free to reach out to me.
Thank you so much for your time, energy, and dedication to keeping the adventure alive for our Pack.

Supporting you in your fundraising efforts!

SAVE THE DATES LOPATCONG TOWNSHIP: First week in November Cub Scout Pack 54, NJ will be distributing Scouting for Food collection tags/bags, all to be collected on Sat., November 14th! Donations will support local Belvidere Food Pantry to help our community!

Scouting America is hosting a National Day of Service on November 14, inviting Scouts, families, volunteers, and leaders to improve their communities through projects such as food drives, park and trail cleanups, and neighborly help. The goal is to recognize the value of service, bring more families into it, and encourage a commitment that lasts beyond that day.

To mark the event, Scouting America Outfitters is releasing the Impact365 National Day of Service Emblem, sold at Scout Shop locations or online. Scouts can wear it to show they took part. Those who keep serving can later earn an accompanying Device Pin, which ties the November 14 event to the Impact365 message that service should continue all year.
