VALENTINES FOR VETERANS

The Auxiliary is collecting and sending Valentine's to Maj. Bill White, of California (you can read about him and his inspiration for this collection at the legion) and other local Veterans to smother their Valentine's Day with admiration.

Valentine cards are available at the Legion to fill out and place in the box. We will be removing the box full of cards Wednesday February 12th after the auxiliary meeting.

To anyone hearing rumor that the auxiliary members have to buy a social membership to drink at the bar after February 1, 2020, this is a lie. Your 2020 auxiliary membership is all you need.

If anyone tries to pressure you otherwise or denies you drinking at the bar for the above reason contact Sue Holder, Nicki Paul or Nikkie Bivens.

Our Western president of PA will be coming to the American legion Post 437 on Saturday January 11th at 1pm. Please try and attend this meeting. There will be a short meet and greet before meeting and light menu after.

Chrissie has requested the Auxiliary members volunteer to sell 50/50 tickets at the November 23, 2019 Fall in to Cash Bash from 4-9pm. The Auxiliary will get 50% of the proceeds for helping.
