The Friends of Dobson is a group independent of the School District of Philadelphia which grew out of a need to improve the physical plant and supplement the educational programs at James Dobson Elementary. Take a minute and review the Conceptional Plan for Dobson which is outlined in the attached photo album. This conceptional plan was drawn up by the Community Design Collaborative who worked wit
h interested staff, parents and community members to put together this plan. We are off to a great start with the recent awarding of two grants and plan to start implementing phases of the design plan. We welcome input from the Dobson community and look forward to working with you to improve the physical plant and educational opportunities at James Dobson Elementary.
