There’s a new date for our Stretch & Intro to Herbalism workshop at Social Beings!

Slow down, stretch out and discover the healing power of plants.
We'll begin with a gentle, all-levels stretch session designed to release tension, improve mobility and help you settle into the present moment. Afterward, gather with a cup of herbal tea as we explore the basics of herbalism and how herbs can be incorporated into everyday wellness rituals.

You'll learn about several common herbs, their traditional uses and simple ways to support sleep, digestion, stress relief and overall well-being. Whether you're completely new to herbalism or simply curious to learn more, this workshop offers a welcoming introduction in a relaxed, community-centered setting.

One of our local herbalists who shares knowledge every week.

It’s Herbal Trivia Tuesday! Post your guess and check back for the answer and more information about this herb on Thursday. The stem bark of this plant has multiple and varying colored layers of bark. The root bark is perhaps the most effective herbal urinary analgesic.
