Alhamdulillah.
Congratulations to West Chester MSA and Temple MSA on a beautiful Inter-MSA Career Panel at Temple. Seeing Muslim students from two campuses fill a room with professionals, good questions, and real conversations about their futures was a gift. The planning, the outreach, and the hours behind the scenes all showed. May Allah reward every one of you who made it happen.
Grounded was honored to sponsor the evening, and our founder, Ibrahim Souadda, took a few minutes on stage to introduce Grounded Muslim Life. It was a bit of a homecoming for him. Ibrahim served as Temple MSA president back in 2017, which he maintains was recent. We did the math. Almost ten years. Some of the students in that room were in elementary school.
Here is our commitment to the MSAs of Philadelphia and the surrounding area: we are here to serve you. That looks like financial sponsorship for your events, capacity building as your organization grows, strategic consultation when you’re planning something big, leadership development and training for your boards, and connecting you with keynote and event speakers.
You carry a lot as student leaders. You deserve people in your corner. Count us among them.
Whatever your MSA needs, reach out. Email [email protected] or send us a DM.
A special shout out to Commissioner Omar Sabir Omar Sabir , who joined the panel and took the time to connect with us. Your presence meant a lot to the students in that room, and to us. We’re grateful for the conversation and look forward to staying connected.
JazakumAllahu khairan (may God reward you all with good) to everyone who came out, and to our fellow sponsors and vendors.
