Commonwealth Youthchoirs (CY) is searching for candidates for the position of Rehearsal Manager. We are a non-profit, community-based, non-denominational organization which includes the Keystone State Boychoir, Pennsylvania Girlchoir and Find Your Instrument. Founded in 2001, we offer outstanding choral education and life-changing performance opportunities to its young people in Greater Philadelphia and abroad.
This is an opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented music lover with experience working with children and youth. The rehearsal manager ensures that rehearsals run smoothly and maintains the music library, among other duties. Candidates should have some knowledge of choir operations, be proficient in Google Workspace, have the ability to prioritize, and have excellent communication skills.
A minimum of two years of equivalent experience working with children in the performing arts is preferred. Evenings and weekends are required. Clearances are required.
