Nashirah is the only auditioned, community-based chorale in the Greater Philadelphia area that performs exclusively Jewish and Jewish-themed music. Our distinctive musical programming embodies the broadest possible range of Jewish repertoire, bringing choral music of many lands, languages and cultures together. Chorales such as the Zamir Chorale of Boston, the Zamir Chorale of New York, and Zemer Chai of Washington have long been considered cultural treasures of their communities.
