Face Forward II Face Forward II connects underserved youth of the Delaware Valley to services and opportunities

In June 2013, the Philadelphia nonprofit Connection Training Services (CTS) was awarded the Face Forward II grant from the U.S. Department of Labor to provide diversion services for juveniles ages 14 to 24. CTS acts as the Intermediary service with three agencies: Juvenile Justice Center of Philadelphia, Boys and Girls Club of Chester, and Volunteers of America of the Delaware Valley.
