Honored to keynote Professor Tara Tripp’s Reentry class at Temple University today. The reentry simulation was powerful, and it was great seeing Cyndi Zuidema from the AG‘s office.

Moments like this remind me—education + lived experience = real change.

There’s something powerful about finding your voice—and owning it.

Recently, in our Workforce Development class, participants practiced their elevator pitches with support from two incredible volunteers from The Wharton School - Wharton Works. Together, they worked on how to clearly and confidently share who they are, where they’re going, and what they bring to the table.

These moments matter. Confidence builds in real time, in community, with people who see your potential and help you step into it.

Grateful for partnerships that make this kind of growth possible. 💛
