If you are part of Mississippi's Professional Logging Manager Program, the Mississippi Professional Logging Manager website, at https://www.mfaplm.com/, has information on upcoming education courses, the Continuing Education Submission Form, and a Change of Information Form.

Please take a minute to check and update your information. We need to keep an accurate list of everyone in the program. We will have cards sent out this year, and they will go to home addresses. The rest of our communication will be through email, so a good email address is critical for us.

Job Corps pre-apprenticeship programs are preparing the next generation of wildland firefighters and conservation professionals.

At Job Corps Civilian Conservation Centers, students can pursue Forestry Conservation and Firefighting or Advanced Fire Management training, where they learn how to control wildfires, respond to emergencies and provide critical on-the-ground support.

Supporting the President’s goal to enroll 1 million new apprentices, programs like these are fueling the workforce behind crucial industries.
