As CEO, Ms. Conway leads MAR’s Supervised Independent Living Program (SILP), which provides safe housing and structured supports for young adults ages 18–24 who are transitioning out of foster care or experiencing homelessness. MAR’s program model combines housing stability with life-skills training, workforce readiness, education support, and individualized case management to promote long-term independence and self-sufficiency.
