Every great career starts somewhere.

For ACE students, it can start with meeting an industry professional, visiting a job site, tackling a real-world challenge or discovering a career they didn’t even know existed.

ACE Greater Philadelphia creates opportunities for high school students to explore architecture, construction and engineering — and begin imagining where they might fit into the future of the industry.

The next generation is ready. Let’s give them the opportunity to build what comes next.

Your experience could help shape someone else’s future.

ACE Greater Philadelphia is recruiting mentors for the **2026–2027 school year**, and we’re looking for professionals throughout the architecture, construction and engineering industries who are ready to share what they know with the next generation.

Being an ACE mentor isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about showing up, sharing your real-world experience, encouraging curiosity and helping students see career possibilities they may never have considered.

A conversation. A piece of advice. A little encouragement.

You never know which moment will be the one a student remembers.

Help us inspire the next generation of A/E/C professionals. Become an ACE mentor for the 2026–2027 school year.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can give a student is the chance to see what’s possible.

ACE Greater Philadelphia connects students with professionals in architecture, construction and engineering who can turn an unfamiliar career path into something tangible.

Through mentorship, hands-on learning and real-world exposure, students don't just hear about careers in the A/E/C industry — they get to experience them.

And that experience can be the beginning of something pretty incredible.
