BVNA’s perhaps longest-running tradition — participating in the largest citywide cleanup — returns on Saturday, April 11! 🌸🧹🫧

We know many of you have been looking forward to the warmer weather when we can all reconnect with neighbors and beautify your block or local park — and are both participating!

And BVNA will be there to help make this a success. We will have a table out front of with limited supplies such as gloves, bags, brooms, and trash grabbers, along with some refreshments courtesy of Biederman’s, who has been a long time supporter of this signature BVNA event.

- Come out starting around 9:15am (just give us a chance to set up once the rec center opens).

-Pick up supplies — and maybe even the elusive recycling bin if you come early; please one per neighbor!
If setting out trash that day at a location other than your local park, please let us know which intersection so we can relay that list to Streets.

-If you’d like to obtain no-parking signs to more easily clear the trash and leaves at the curb, please let us know as well; the mini-station may have some available.
If you or your child would like to register your volunteer hours, please let us know your personal information, and we can issue a letter in the coming week.

We’d like to thank Andrew Mercier, Will Gross, and Janet Elfring for stepping up to table at the event and take in the remaining supplies.

Spring weather is here, and you know what that means -- it's almost time for the annual Spring Clean Up!

We are here to help make cleaning your block or your local park (Bardascino & Cianfrani are participating) a success.

We'll have a selection of tools, bags, bagels from our annual sponsor Biederman's Specialty Foods, and for a very limited time, a few recycling bins courtesy of BVNA (please, one per neighbor).
