Today, KITHS Kitchen distributed over 300 ears of corn along with fermented mud fish and vegetables from our concrete garden. Vegetables included water spinach, egg plant, and different herbs. These distribution help supplement our community members food needs.

Is it just us or is this summer coming to an end so quickly? Hopefully everyone’s summer has been fulfilling.

Let’s Hope wrapped up with a BBQ. Community cookbook is coming soon.

KITHS Kitchen continues to offer culturally affirming foods although our garden didn’t produce as much crop as it had in the past. But we were able to supplement with other fresh produce and pantry items.

Community members continue to need support with navigating the systems and KITHS continues to fill that need.
