Still reminiscing about our night at the Philadelphia Zoo! ✨

It was wonderful to see families come together to enjoy the rides, music, animal encounters, giveaways, and so much more. As Chief Administrative Officer Cat Bird shared, "We're meeting our members where they are, bringing the health to them."

From backpacks filled with school supplies to health education, blood pressure screenings, and community resources, the event was all about creating memorable experiences while connecting families to the support they need.

Our annual Night at the Zoo was a roaring success! 🦁🎉

We welcomed our community for an unforgettable evening at the Philadelphia Zoo, featuring food vouchers, Ferris wheel rides, free school supply bags packed with back-to-school essentials, high-energy DJ beats, glow-in-the-dark foam fun and after-hours access to incredible animals and exhibits. Guests could also take advantage of convenient on-site blood pressure screenings.

We’re proud to create meaningful moments that bring our community together and support health and well-being. 💙

What an inspiring day at Pennsylvania's 6th Statewide Latino Health Summit!
As the Health Visionary Presenting Sponsor, Jefferson Health Plans was honored to join leaders, advocates, and community partners dedicated to improving access to care and supporting healthier communities across Pennsylvania.

We're honored to be recognized by Philadelphia Youth Basketball as their Partner of the Year.

This recognition reflects our shared commitment to building healthier communities. Together, we've supported young athletes and families through Fresh Food Pop-Ups with Sharing Excess, free health screenings, and fitness classes at the Community Wellness Center.

Thank you to Philadelphia Youth Basketball for this incredible honor and for your partnership. We're proud of what we've accomplished together and look forward to continuing this important work.

We're also grateful to our volunteers who provided free health screenings at the event, including students from Thomas Jefferson University College of Nursing, Jefferson Health Plans Chief Medical Officer Dr. David Jaspan, and Jefferson Health Cardiologist Dr. David Shipon. Thank you for helping make a difference in the communities we serve.
