Good morning and happy Sunday! We just want to take some time to reintroduce this wonderful nonprofit organization. We were originally Operation Jehovah Shalom / Gifts for the Homeless but now we changed the name to The Streets Ain’t Home. At first, our mission was to bless the homeless with gifts such as blankets, socks, and treats for Christmas but now we feel moved to go beyond that and help them get off the streets and back on their feet.
We still plan to give gifts for the homeless on Christmas but we don’t want it to end there. We are asking anyone if they know any good resources that assist with finding jobs, providing a temporary home, and anything else that you believe might be helpful. Of course, we are always taking donations and will soon have a cashapp and/or venmo set up so you can help those in need. Here below are pictures from 2018-2019.
