Anne's is a concert series that provides classical music listening opportunities in the heart of the neighborhood. Expanding on our first concert success in which 250 people attended, Fishtown, Port Richmond, and Kensington residents can attend 5-6 concerts per year in the beautiful and historic St. The series engages and invests in all members of the community, providing an outlet for creative ac

tivity between residents, local businesses, and musicians. Anne’s is a non-religious organization that relies entirely on the generous support of community members and local business. To ensure this musical celebration continues, please consider supporting the series with a donation. Bandleader Mervin Toussaint brings his soulful and intimate compositions to a new level with the first iteration of his big band. An extension of his debut album, "Lakay," Mervin will bring you along on his journey of self-reflection, connection, and joy. “Lakay,” means “home” in Haitian Kreyól, and with this music, Mervin welcomes you into his home and into his world. As this music expands to a big band setting, you will follow the peaks and valleys with more intensity and clarity than ever before. The group will feature arrangements of songs from the"Lakay" album, as well as new pieces that keep the spirit of "Lakay" at their core.

Just one day from our re-scheduled Christmas in Philadelphia! Even though Christmas Day is passed, we can keep in you in the holiday spirit for the whole season. We have a mix of Christmas and non-Christmas music, so there's something for everyone. See you Friday, January 5th at 7:30pm at St. Anne Church. Suggested Donation at the door: $10 per person or $20 per family.
