Healthcare Education Referral Outreach Project HERO Project 4913 Wayne ave. Philadelphia, PA. Promoting wellness one community at a time we will open everyWednesday to serve to promote wellness the community.

We provide a free blood pressure screening clinic , Covid testing from 9am until 1pm. We also provide Covid vaccines 10am until 2 pm... we welcome the community to come in and talk to a nurse about any health care issue or concern that they may have and we will direct their care...we understand that there are many barriers that prevents many of us from seeking health care we want to address those

issues and began a process that will enable many to get health care insurance at a free or a reduced rate.
